Ever feel successful on paper but exhausted inside? Like you’re holding everything together but losing yourself in the process?
Trusted by leaders globally — 150+ coaching hours, EQ summits across 25+ countries.
There was a moment when I realised I could no longer keep pushing in the same way.
I was leading teams, delivering under pressure, and resolving complex problems for others. Yet internally, I was constantly tense, mentally noisy, and emotionally reactive.
Not burnt out dramatically.
Burnt out quietly.
That moment compelled me to face a truth most leaders shy away from: External success is meaningless if you cannot lead yourself.

From age two, life taught me hard lessons about fear, safety, and confidence.
What followed was a year of utter silence and ongoing medical care. That early trauma shaped my nervous system before I had words for fear or anxiety.
As I grew up, it manifested as fear, anger, anxiety, and low confidence. A deep belief that I was not good enough quietly took root.
To hide my fear, anxiety, and emotional triggers, I became a people pleaser. Internally, I was hurt; externally, I was smiling, showing everyone how happy I was.
Sometimes, my emotional triggers spiral out of control, causing me to say and do things without considering the consequences, which results in loss of work and financial strain.
Years later, when I was promoted to a tech leadership role, I thought I should feel proud.
Instead, I felt vulnerable.
Imposter syndrome hit me hard. I was constantly doubting myself. Even simple tasks felt overwhelming despite years of experience.
I worked longer hours to make up for it. I pushed myself harder to prove my worth. And gradually, I burnt out.
My lack of confidence did not just affect my career. It affected my family.
I was not present at my first child’s birth. Not because I lacked concern, but because I was mentally trapped, overwhelmed, and insecure in my leadership role.
That lack of confidence led to inconsistent decisions, unreliable work, and shaky finances.
When you lack self-trust, you don’t lead effectively. You react, rush, avoid, and gradually money turns into another source of fear.
⤷ Emotional turmoil sabotaged my confidence
⤷ Anger and anxiety strained relationships
⤷ Short-term roles replaced stability
⤷ Financial pressure became constant
Not because I lacked skill, but because I lacked emotional regulation.

One evening, my six-year-old asked me a question that stopped me cold: “How am I supposed to get into school if we have no money?” She said out loud what our situation felt like, while my son stayed quiet in his own way. That night, while she was asleep, I promised her that her education, future, and safety would never again be threatened by my internal chaos.
Curious what this could mean for you?
I stopped reacting and rebuilt my life through disciplined inner work, studying principles from Jim Rohn, Brian Tracy, Darren Hardy, and Tony Robbins. I spent ten years in personal development, especially with my focus on emotional intelligence, not for motivation but out of necessity.
What followed was a by-product, not the goal. In my 10th year of personal development, I organised an International Emotional Intelligence Summit in 25 countries, delivered 150+ hours of coaching, spoke globally, appeared on the radio, and launched a talk show. More importantly, my life became calmer, my decisions clearer, and my work aligned.
For years, I had discipline and ambition but lacked emotional mastery, nearly costing me everything. Emotional intelligence transformed my thinking, decision-making, and leadership under pressure. Sage Mentor helps you avoid learning that lesson the hard way.
In 2009, I committed to inner mastery.
What changed was not the pressure; it was my relationship with it.
Today, EQ & inner leadership give me:
➤ Calm under pressure
➤ Clear decisions
➤ Confidence without ego
➤ Presence at work and at home
➤ Consistency instead of burnout cycles.
This isn’t a sales call. It’s a focused conversation aimed at creating clarity by exploring what influences your behaviour under pressure, not just what you do, so that change becomes practical, sustainable, and genuine.
During the call, we will:
👉 Identify the emotional and leadership pressures draining your energy
👉 Clarify what is hindering calm, consistent performance
👉 Explore whether inner leadership is the right next step for you
Why this framework works:
👉 Awareness of what truly drives behaviour
👉Emotional regulation under pressure
👉Choice instead of reaction
👉Consistency in performance
This is lived practice, not theory.
